The BACM2420A charger is an intelligent, multi-functional battery charger, specially designed for the charging characteristics of lead-acid batteries used for starting generator sets. Suitable for 24V or 12V battery pack, the maximum output current is 20A.
Performance characteristics
Adopt switching power supply structure, wide input AC voltage range, small size, light weight and high efficiency.
The two-stage or three-stage charging method can be automatically charged according to the needs. Both methods are fully designed according to the charging characteristics of the battery, which can prevent the lead-acid battery from being overcharged and can maximize the battery life.
Built-in PFC circuit, power factor calibration can up to 0.99.
With a battery voltage detection interface, the battery voltage can be detected in real time.
It has a battery undervoltage alarm output interface. When the battery voltage is lower than the battery undervoltage threshold and after a delay, the port outputs a low level.
It has a temperature sensor interface, which can monitor the battery temperature in real time, and has a temperature compensation function to effectively prevent the battery temperature from being too high.
It has a mains failure alarm interface. When the AC input is powered off, this port outputs a low level.
With standard RS485 serial communication interface.
The charger is suitable for 24V battery pack by default, and can also be adapted to 12V battery pack by modifying the configuration information, and the rated charging current is 20A.
External LED status display: green battery full indicator, red charging status indicator.
