    Starting Method:

    1. Fill fuel and chain oil tanks, then tighten caps securely.

    2. Set switch to "I" position.

    3. Hold throttle lever with interlock, push side lock button, release lever to lock at starting position.

    4. Pull choke knob to closed position.

    5. Secure saw on ground, pull starter rope vigorously.

    6. After first ignition, push choke knob in and pull starter again to start engine.

    7. Let engine warm up with throttle lever slightly pulled.


    How to Assemble the Chainsaw:

    1. Pull guard toward front handle to check chain brake is off.

    2. Loosen nuts and remove chain cover.

    3. Install attached spike to power unit.

    4. Fit chain to sprocket and around guide bar, mount bar to unit. Adjust chain tensioner nut on cover to guide bar's lower hole.
