Assembly Sequence

1. Drain the oil from the chainsaw.

2. Remove the bar and chain (see your chainsaw manual).

3. If there is a removable comb (support) - remove it.

4. Remove the clutch (star).

5. If there is a tensioning device in the housing, remove the device.

6. Install the clutch (drive pulley from the attachment kit) if necessary, using shims.

7. Install the attachment on the chainsaw using a set of washers,

install the belt on clutch (pulley) and spindle shaft.

8. In order to avoid overwhelming the belt - do not install the brake

cover.

9. Using a screwdriver wrench for the chainsaw, carry out the

following steps:

A) make a weak tightening of the chainsaw attachment

B) insert the screwdriver wrench into the groove between the chainsaw body and the nozzle fork.

B) use a screwdriver to tighten the belt (the belt should not hang out-sag)

D) carry out the final tightening of the nuts securing the attachment to the chainsaw (For tightening torque, see your chainsaw instruction manual).

10. To carry out broaching of nuts of fastening of knives.

11. Install the stop using 2 bolts and M8 nuts.
